"No" sem mu odgovorila. "How no?" me je vprašal. "We aren't together anymore. He has other girlfriend now, not me." sem mu odgovorila in mislila sem, da se bom izvlekla.
"You're cute, but you're a whore" mi je zabrusil. "Why? Because I wasn't hidding my feelings? That's why I'm a whore? Okay, so I'm a whore" sem zavpila, on pa se mi je samo nasmehnil. "I will send you to Africa or somewhere and I'll get so much money for you. You'll become a prostitute". Nič mu nisem odgovorila, samo obrnila sem se vstran in gledala skozi okno.

Nekaj časa sva se še peljala, nato pa je zavil na bencinsko črpalko. Delala sem se, da spim, on pa je odšel na wc. Ker je bil bolj neroden, je pozabil zakleniti vrata. Skobacala sem se ven iz avtomobila in pred menoj se je že vstavil drugi avto. Ne da bi pogledala kdo je v njem, sem skočila na sovoznikov sedež. Ko je voznik speljal sem pogledala, kdo je vozil. "Hey K. What are u doing here? I mean, how did u found me?" sem ga potiho vprašala. "I was waiting for Justin, and then I saw a random man, who was pushing you, and then I went after you. And Justin called me, and he's scared now." mi je hitel pripovedovat. "Oh, he is scared? Kenny, I think Justin and I need a break. " sem mu rekla in ga pogledala v oči.

Preostanek poti je potekal v tišini. Jaz sem večino poti gledala skozi okno in razmišljala.

Prispela sva do doma. Na stopnicah pred hišo sem zagledala Justina. Takoj ko je zagledal avto, je stekel do mojih vrat in jih odprl. "I was so scared honey" mi je rekel in me hotel objeti. Na lahko sem ga odrinila in odšla v hišo. Slišala sem Justina, ki je vprašal Kennya: "What happened? Why is she doing this?". Ostalo sem preslišala.
